The problem

The real mess starts after the order.

Nobody loses money at the moment of the sale. You lose it afterwards: in the calls you did not make, the parcels you did not track, the returns you did not count.

  1. Facebook order
  2. Copied into WhatsApp
  3. A row in Excel
  4. Agent call
  5. Carrier website
  6. Another file
  7. Return
  8. Payment
  9. Manual calculation

Nine tools for a single order. And at the end of the month, a figure nobody really trusts.

What it costs

Four leaks you never see happening.

Your orders are everywhere.

Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, WooCommerce, Converty, Google Sheets, physical store. Every channel has its own format, its own delay and its own oversight.

Your returns eat your margin.

A return is not a status: it is advertising already paid for, a call, a packing job, an outbound shipment, a return shipment and an item tied up.

Your team is working, but you cannot see everything.

Who called? How many times? Who was never called back? Without an answer, an efficient agent and an overwhelmed one look the same.

Your money is scattered.

Cash held by carriers, pending returns, commissions, product costs. Revenue tells you none of this.

The journey

Four steps. One single system.

This is the chain you already live every day. AsYouShip does not reinvent it: it runs it in one place, with the same rules for everyone.

  1. 01

    Receive

They come from everywhere. They land in one place.

Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, WooCommerce, Converty, Google Sheets, API, physical store: a single order queue.

  2. 02

    Confirm

Your agents stop guessing who to call back.

Orders are distributed on several criteria, unreachable customers are followed up automatically, and every attempt changes agent.

  3. 03

    Deliver

The right parcel goes to the right carrier.

Barcode generated without leaving the screen, routing by governorate or by source, tracking that updates itself.

  4. 04

    Get paid

You finally see what is left.

Carrier payouts settled manifest by manifest, margin calculated on the real purchase cost of delivered items.

Confirmation

An unconfirmed order is not a sale yet.

Confirmation is not paperwork: with cash on delivery, it is the step that decides whether your advertising was profitable or wasted.

  • Stop handing out orders at random Distribution takes into account how fresh the order is, the best time slot to call, whether the customer is already known, the basket value, geographic coverage and the number of attempts already made.
  • Night orders are not called at 3 a.m. They are held until the most effective calling hour, instead of burning an attempt for nothing.
  • An unreachable customer is called back — by someone else Follow-ups at 2 h, 4 h, 24 h and 48 h, with a different agent every time. A second voice often changes the outcome.
  • Giving up becomes a decision, not an oversight After a number of attempts you choose, the order is abandoned automatically — and the decision stays on record.
One order, two agents, three hours. Live

Without the system, this order would have been called once, then forgotten.

Delivery

18 carriers. One single workflow.

Every carrier has its own interface, its own vocabulary and its own export. AsYouShip puts them all behind the same screen: you change provider without changing how your team works.

Your carrier is not on the list? The architecture is built to add more — let us talk about it.

Profitability

Your revenue does not tell you how much you earn.

Revenue adds orders together. Margin takes out the product, the shipping, the returns and the commissions. These are two very different stories — and only one of them pays your bills.

  • Margin is calculated on the real cost Not on an estimate: on the actual purchase price of the items truly delivered, by product, by order and by store.
  • Carrier payouts are reconciled Settled manifest by manifest: you know what has been collected, and what has not.
  • Cash fits on one screen Registers, collections and transfers, in the same place as the orders that generated them.
On 100 delivered orders Delivered orders
Delivered revenue 48 200 DT
Purchase cost of delivered items − 21 350
Shipping − 6 480
Returns − 3 120
Agent commissions − 1 240
Real margin 16 010 DT

Illustrative amounts. On your own account, every line comes from your own purchase costs.

The problem is no longer getting orders.

The problem is turning them into money.

AsYouShip takes it from there.

Sales channels

Sell wherever you want. Work in one place.

AsYouShip is not fighting to own your sale. You keep your store and your social pages: the platform takes over from the order onwards.

Boutique en ligne intégrée Native The storefront that comes with the platform: orders arrive directly.
Converty OAuth 2.0 + webhooks Real-time orders and a catalogue synchronised into AsYouShip.
Shopify HMAC-signed webhooks Orders, draft orders and products.
WooCommerce Synchronisation Products and orders from your WordPress store.
Facebook Meta webhook A conversation becomes an order, with no copy-paste.
Instagram Meta webhook Direct messages feed the same order queue.
TikTok Automatic polling Comments under your videos are turned into orders.
Google Sheets Scheduled import A shared sheet becomes a recurring order feed.
Webhook générique Dedicated URL Any external system can drop an order in.
Import CSV Guided manual import History migration with a column-mapping screen.
Point de vente Direct entry In-store sales enter the same circuit.
Fashion store Cosmetics store Home store Dropshipping
One account · one login

Several stores. One single login.

You switch store without logging in again, and the catalogue can be shared between the stores of one account. Every request stays walled off by store — right down to the public APIs.

Life cycle

27 states. Because the field does not know just three.

Most tools stop at "shipped" then "delivered". Here, every real situation on the ground has its own state — and every transition carries its author and its timestamp.

  1. Arrival Created 1
  2. Handling Confirmed 2
  3. Logistics Pickup 3
  4. Outcome Delivered 7

And every branch that reality forces on you:

  • Abandoned 23
  • No Reply 11
  • Cancelled, unreachable 21
  • At the depot 4
  • Out for delivery 5
  • Anomaly 6
  • Return received 9
12

Customer check

Something does not add up: we check before committing to a shipment.

13

Packing

The parcel is being prepared — and the stock is already reserved.

14

Delivery postponed

The customer asked for another day. This is neither a failure nor a delivery.

15

Stock review

The item is missing or does not match: the order is waiting for a decision.

17

Exchange to approve

The customer wants another size, another colour, another product.

18

Duplicate creation

The same order was entered twice. It is set aside, not shipped twice.

20

Claim

The parcel has left, but the case is not closed.

Traceability

When something happens, you know why.

Every state change, every edit to a tracked field and every API call carries its author and its timestamp. This is not a technical log: it is what settles a dispute with a carrier or a discussion with an agent.

More than one million history events on a single production instance.

Who is it for?

Which of these days do you recognise?

You sell. The rest eats your days.

« Orders are scattered between the website, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. And nobody really knows the real return rate. »

Everything lands in one place, with the net margin per product.

Objections

The questions we are asked before signing.

No. AsYouShip is not fighting to own the sale: it takes over afterwards. You keep Shopify, WooCommerce, Converty or your physical store, and you run confirmation, delivery, returns and profitability from AsYouShip.

Yes. The connection uses HMAC-signed webhooks and brings orders, draft orders and products up into AsYouShip.

Yes. The products and orders of your WordPress store are synchronised into AsYouShip.

Yes, through OAuth 2.0 and webhooks: orders arrive in real time and the catalogue is synchronised. One honest detail: price updates do not yet reach the variants, and the variant is what the system reads. We would rather say so beforehand than afterwards.

That is the starting point of the product. With COD, phone confirmation decides profitability, a return is a real cost and the money is collected by the courier: AsYouShip is built around these three realities, not around online payment.

Orders are distributed among your agents according to a score: how fresh the order is, a good time slot to call, whether the customer is already known, the basket value, geographic coverage and the number of attempts already made. Unreachable customers are followed up at 2 h, 4 h, 24 h and 48 h, with a different agent each time. After a number of attempts you set, the order is abandoned automatically — and the decision stays on record.

Yes. One login, several stores, switching without logging in again, and a catalogue that can be shared between the stores of one account. Every request stays walled off by store, including in the public APIs.

Yes. A return has its own states — anomaly, return received — and is handled by scanning the barcode, like a pickup. It is counted in the margin, not just in a statistic.
