02 Confirm

An unconfirmed order
is not a sale yet.

Confirmation is not paperwork: with cash on delivery, it is the step that decides whether your advertising was profitable or wasted.

  • Assigned to Sana.
  • No Reply — follow-up in 2 h.
  • Confirmed. Packing.

In detail

Seven mechanisms that protect your revenue.

01

Stop handing out orders at random

Distribution takes into account how fresh the order is, the best time slot to call, whether the customer is already known, the basket value, geographic coverage and the number of attempts already made.

02

Night orders are not called at 3 a.m.

They are held until the most effective calling hour, instead of burning an attempt for nothing.

03

An unreachable customer is called back — by someone else

Follow-ups at 2 h, 4 h, 24 h and 48 h, with a different agent every time. A second voice often changes the outcome.

04

Giving up becomes a decision, not an oversight

After a number of attempts you choose, the order is abandoned automatically — and the decision stays on record.

05

The agent knows who they are talking to

History by phone number shows immediately whether the person has ordered before, and whether they have already refused a parcel.

06

Upselling is measured, not hoped for

The agent can add items during the call; the system detects the upsell and measures it.

07

A cancellation is not always final

Re-confirmation gives cancelled orders a second chance, without re-entering them.

Follow-ups

An unreachable customer is not a lost customer. It is a badly called one.

The follow-up schedule is automatic, and every attempt changes agent. A second voice, at another hour, often changes the answer.

  1. +2 h Agent 2
  2. +4 h Agent 3
  3. +24 h Agent 4
  4. +48 h Last attempt
  5. Abandoned On record, never silent

In practice

The same order, seen by the system

The number of attempts before abandoning is set from your account: you decide when an order stops costing your team time.

One order, two agents, three hours. Live

Without the system, this order would have been called once, then forgotten.
