01 Receive

Your orders can come from anywhere.
Your team only needs one place.

AsYouShip collects the orders from all your channels and presents them to your team in a single queue, with the same rules, the same states and the same history.

  • Order received.
  • Channel: Instagram.
  • Customer already known.

In detail

Eleven ways in, one place to work.

01

Eleven ways in, one way of working

Every channel has its own mechanism — webhook, OAuth, automatic polling, import — but they all produce the same order, on the same screen.

02

A webhook for everything else

A dedicated URL lets any external system drop an order in, with no development on our side.

03

Your history is not lost

The guided CSV import maps your columns to the platform fields, with the screen to prove it.

04

Duplicates do not drown in the crowd

A duplicate creation has its own state: it is visible, workable, and does not get shipped twice by mistake.

05

The physical store counts too

A counter sale enters the same circuit as online orders — same stock, same tracking.

The channels

Where do your orders come from today?

Every channel has its own mechanism. None of them forces you to change how you sell: the platform adapts to your habits, not the other way round.

Boutique en ligne intégrée Native The storefront that comes with the platform: orders arrive directly.
Converty OAuth 2.0 + webhooks Real-time orders and a catalogue synchronised into AsYouShip.
Shopify HMAC-signed webhooks Orders, draft orders and products.
WooCommerce Synchronisation Products and orders from your WordPress store.
Facebook Meta webhook A conversation becomes an order, with no copy-paste.
Instagram Meta webhook Direct messages feed the same order queue.
TikTok Automatic polling Comments under your videos are turned into orders.
Google Sheets Scheduled import A shared sheet becomes a recurring order feed.
Webhook générique Dedicated URL Any external system can drop an order in.
Import CSV Guided manual import History migration with a column-mapping screen.
Point de vente Direct entry In-store sales enter the same circuit.

One point that matters. Orders flow up into AsYouShip, but state changes do not yet flow back down to your sales platform. There is therefore no two-way synchronisation — we would rather say so beforehand than afterwards.
