Which way the sync goes. Orders flow up from your sales platforms into AsYouShip. State changes, however, do not yet flow back down: your orders stay frozen on the Shopify or Converty side. There is therefore no two-way synchronisation, and we do not promise one. On Converty, price updates do not reach the variants either.
